The Malvern Police Department issued a statement announcing the installation of its new chief, Mark Ercole.

According to the release, residents and business owners are encouraged to introduce themselves:

Mark will be seen frequently along King Street and in our industrial center as he introduces himself to the members of our business community. Don’t hesitate to stop and introduce yourself to him when you see him in town or to call him with any concerns that you may have. His door is always open!
