Blotter: Bright Orange Thief Stole Children's Meds
The following information was supplied by the Malvern Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Retail theft… On Aug. 23, between 11:30 a.m. and 12:52 p.m., a man stole $196 worth of non-prescription medicine from the aisles of Kohlerman Pharmacy. The man, described as a tall black male with a slender build, was wearing black pants and a bright orange shirt, carrying a backpack. He stole numerous items, including children’s Tylenol and Motrin.
Retail theft… Also on Aug. 23, just prior to the theft from Kohlerman Pharmacy, a man matching the description above stole $66 in medicines from the Wawa next door, in the Malvern Shopping Center. The items taken included Robitussin, Advil, Afrin and Alka Seltzer. Both thefts are under investigation.
Surveillance footage from the Wawa will be posted to Malvern Patch if it becomes available.

That's a shame... The people at Kohlermans are so nice that if the man had a sick child and couldnt afford meds I bet Kohlermans would have helped if he had just asked.

highly doubt there is a sick baby. this kind of thing is routine down in Philly. just going to re sell it at some corner store somewhere.....I can't believe he was in Wawa and no one followed the guy out of there. No one saw where the guy went....right next door?
Did they call the cops? No one followed the guy out of Kohlerman's? Where did he go? Jump in a car? Run off?
This report also basically says that Kohlerman's has no security cameras in place.
