Home Depot Voted Best Place for Plants by Readers
The big box home goods store drew 37 percent of the vote in our poll.
Last week, Malvern Patch readers voted McDougall's Victory Cakes the best best for cupcakes in the area. This week, we asked about the best place to buy plants.
When the polls closed, Home Depot had taken first place with 37 percent of the vote. The chain store, located on the western edge of East Whiteland just south of Route 30, edged out Main Line Gardens, which finished a close second with 33 percent.
The comments section was more focused on out-of-town businesses, with Mary touting Produce Junction in Exton, Lylee Van Pelt suggesting Waterloo Gardens in Devon and Exton, and Nabob endorsing Otts Nursery, way up in Schwenksville.
