Meet the Vendor: Good Spoon Soups
Good Spoon Foods sells its hot and cold soups at the East Goshen Farmers Market held each Thursday.
The August heat might seem to rule out soup for dinner, unless of course the soup in question is served cold, like a watermelon-infused gazpacho from Good Spoon Foods.
The relatively new company offers free samples of the gazpacho and other items at . The top seller lately is the Sweet Corn and Poblano Bisque, made using locally grown sweet corn.
"People do still eat soup in the summer, especially me," said Kate, their representative at last week's market.

The farmers market is held each Thursday at East Goshen Township Park on Paoli Pike, just east of Route 352.
