Macueen says no rape incest exception He like Akin (disgraced zealot Todd Akin) MacQueen said no rape or incest exception before Easttown Republicans two years ago. Duane Milne is at least is not crazy even if he tilts to Democrat liberalism. These views don't help the Republicans attract voters MacQueen is the wrong face for an inclusive Republican party
