The Philadelphia Union recently announced it will be coming to Malvern with its Union Soccer Schools Camp, to be held at Great Valley High School from July 22 to 26.
The five-day program for boys and girls ages 6 to 14 includes five days of soccer instruction with technical and tactical training, specialized goalkeeper training, skills contests and more. Campers go behind-the-scenes at PPL Park and meet players like Brian Carroll, Sheanon Williams, Sebastian Le Toux, Zac MacMath and the Farfan brothers Michael and Gabriel.
Judging by the website, the tuition for the camp is $460 per child, with a $175 deposit ahead of time.
