While government buildings and some businesses will be closed, many business will have regular or shortened hours.

- Wegmans: 24 hours (Pharmacy: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.)
Shopping
- Target: Regular Hours (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.)
- Home Depot: Regular Hours (6 a.m. to 10 p.m.)
SEPTA Train Schedules altered:
- The regional rail lines are running on a Sunday schedule for Monday.
