I believe this is the building on Rt. 30 at the foot of Rt. 352 in Frazer (across from Rita's Water Ice).

House on the west side of King Road and 352 intersection?

I am going to say it is that house at King Road and Malvern Avenue. It is on the King Road side, right next to those apartments. The only thing that made me say this were those two windows on the roof. No real sure about this answer!!!!!
