 , 2013&nbsp\;\nAn exhibit by John Pompeo of Phoenixville\, PA\nAs is the
  custom with &ldquo\;A Little Night Music&rdquo\; concerts\, each evenin
 g  begins at 7PM with the opening reception of a new exhibit in The Gall
 ery  at CMS.&nbsp\; The featured visual artist will be Phoenixville resi
 dent John  Pompeo exhibiting artworks in a show titled &ldquo\;The Poeti
 c Landscape in  Oil&rdquo\;. &nbsp\;&nbsp\;John Pompeo is self-taught oi
 l painter who lives in awe of the  innate beauty of nature. Amidst an at
 mosphere of ever-shrinking  attention spans and a new-found awareness of
  the fragility of our  environment\, his work invites people to slow dow
 n for a few moments and  feel a peaceful connection to the Earth. It is 
 this sense of calm and  stillness that first attracts him to his subject
  matter and that he  would like to share with the viewer.
