I will host my annual 55 and Up Expo again this year but expanded it over two days Thursday, Oct. 4 (6-8 pm) and Friday, Oct. 5 (10 am - 1 pm) for those who work and have been unable to attend the weekday event in the past. 

As always, I will bring together over 50 public and private vendors that serve the 55+ population.  Our featured speaker on Friday is Diana Chryst of Colliton Law Associates, who specializes in Elder Law, Medicaid and Estate Planning.  Ms. Chryst will address "How to Plan and Pay for Long Term Care."   

In addition, we will have memory screenings for early detection of Alzheimer's and vaccines (including the Shingles vaccine), SEPTA transit cards (for those 65 years or older), and an auctioneer from Smith Auction House who will appraise up to 3 treasured items.
