Coldwell Banker Preferred in Exton Recognizes Lin Ninnis

Corinne Heim, associate broker and manager of the Coldwell Banker Preferred Exton office, recognized Lin Ninnis as the Exton office’s top affiliated sales associate of the year for 2013. Ninnis achieved more than $12 million in closed transactions, successfully assisting 34 clients with either buying or selling a home. Additionally, Ninnis received the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle designation, awarded to only the top 6% of over 85,000 Coldwell Banker associates nationally.

Ninnis was also recognized as a leading sales associate nationally by NRT LLC, the parent company of Coldwell Banker Preferred. She was among NRT’s Top 1,000 sales associates out of its 41,000 agents for the first and second quarters of 2013.

For the past five consecutive years, Ninnis has received the Philadelphia Magazine’s Five Star Real Estate Agent award, identifying Realtors who have been characterized by their clients and peers as the best in the industry.

Ninnis entered real estate in 2006 with the same passion and commitment that she devoted to her previous 25-year career in nursing. She affiliated Coldwell Banker Preferred in 2007.
