Kimberly Pelcin Associates with Coldwell Banker Preferred in Exton

Corinne Heim, associate broker and manager of the Coldwell Banker Preferred Exton office, is pleased to announce that Kimberly Pelcin has associated with the Coldwell Banker Preferred Exton office as a full-time sales associate.

Pelcin has a Paralegal Degree from Penn State University and has worked in the legal field for more than 20 years, specializing in real estate, corporate and securities law.

During a four-year hiatus from her paralegal duties in corporate law, Pelcin expanded her securities law knowledge and became a licensed securities salesperson working for an international investment company in the Midwestern United States.

“I look forward to combining my legal, real estate and investment sales experience to help clients realize their dreams on a more personal level,” said Pelcin. “I am excited to be affiliated with Coldwell Banker Preferred due to its stellar reputation and commitment to service.
