Receive Early Registration Discount for Malvern Retreat House's Young Adult Retreat

Looking to strengthen your relationship with God, partake in fellowship, and participate in activities that enhance your spiritual growth? All men and women in their 20s and 30s, single and married, are invited to attend Malvern Retreat House’s annual Young Adult Retreat “The New Evangelization—I Believe, and Therefore, Speak…” from May 30-31 to connect with the Lord and fellow young adults.  If young adults register early by April 25 for this retreat, they will also receive a discounted price from Malvern Retreat House.

Join retreat director, Fr. Peter Huynh, LC, as the meaning of the New Evangelization is explored and how to live it through our daily actions. This overnight, 24-hour retreat includes inspiring talks, faith-sharing discussions, Way of the Cross, Candlelight Procession, Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, Benediction, confession, meditation, personal reflection, Mass, fellowship activities, and more.

Retreatants will also receive a copy of the book Rebuilt: The Story of a Catholic Parish, which shares how a suburban Baltimore parish community was revived through focus on the New Evangelization efforts. This easy read provides advice on how we can all become better disciples of Jesus, and relates to this year's Young Adult Retreat theme.

Additionally, Malvern Retreat House is excited to have Catholic artist, Will Panagokos, offer his musical talent for Mass and part of Holy Hour at this retreat. Will was raised in Connecticut and moved to the Philadelphia area after graduating from Franciscan University to be a missionary for Generation Life. Since then, he has been speaking and playing music with the hope of igniting in the hearts of others a renewal of faith, hope, and love. His day-to-day mission is to live out the belief that we are not only invited to encounter the living God in Jesus—we come alive when we share that same Jesus with others. Will's journey has led him to speak and lead worship all over the east coast, in the Republic of Haiti, in Barcelona, in Austria, and even in St. Peter's Square at the Vatican. He believes our hearts were meant to come alive, to "go and set all afire."

“Any reason to take advantage of a discount is a good reason,” said Denise Rose, a Young Adult Retreat planner.  “Some young adults today don't have full-time jobs, like me for instance, so a discounted price for a great retreat like this is worth acquiring.”  Young Adults will pay the full retreat price if they register after April 25.
