Who would have ever, ever envisioned that Buffy's Garage would one day contain not the best of Malvern's clunkers but the beauty of knots and weaves. John Buffington was a man of the community, one of the first 'first-responders' in the Malvern Fire Company just around the corner. His wife was the epitome of the genteel, consumate housewife and mother, and his children went on to wonderfully productive lives. I can still see the familial smile on those faces at St. Pat's. I haven't been there since my first ex-husband temped for Mr. B back in the '60s. Must go tomorrow -- now that Stanley and the old grease rack are gone!!! I'm such a sentimental soul! Best wishes to the new folks on the block (one over from their former ensconcement in the old Baranzano's Junk Yard faciilty!) Tee hee!
