Red Cross Shelters Hundreds as Sandy Hits

Hundreds of people, dozens of pet seek shelter from the storm.

The American Red Cross worked with local and county governments to set up 14 shelters in the suburbs and the city of Philadelphia. All together the Red Cross reports 619 people and 53 pets were sheltered from the storm in five Southeastern Pennsylvania locations.
