What Are Your Thoughts on East Side Flats?

Malvern residents are warming up to the East Side Flats development on King Street, according to an article from Main Line Media.

The piece, which quotes Mayor Jerry McGlone, developer David Della Porta, and several business owners and citizens, says that “the majority of people are excited” at the prospect of more retail and new apartments.

I’m new to Malvern, but I know this project has been a source of gossip, both in person and online, for quite some time now. I’m wondering: now that the flats are partially open, what are your thoughts about the development?
