'Green Eggs and Ham' in Concert

IU Symphony Performs Youth Concert: “Green Eggs and Ham”

Immaculata University is hosting the Immaculata Symphony´s youth concert, “Green Eggs and Ham,” on Sunday, February 12, at 3 p.m. in Alumnae Hall. Joseph Gehring is conducting.

The Immaculata Symphony invites you to bring your own copy of this Dr. Seuss book and follow along as the orchestra sets this colorful tale to music, with help from soprano Barbara Harris Kovacs and “Sam-I-am,” played by Zachary Powell. The concert begins with a classic “name-that-tune,” testing your knowledge of famous classical themes as the orchestra performs the popular “Hooked on Classics.”
