Meet Cookbook Author Tara Brennan

A specialty foods importer and food industry executive, Tara Brennan believes that the natural, healthy and delicious foods found in the Mediterranean Bar (the “MedBar”) section of most local supermarkets are the star ingredients of your next meal.
