The following Odwalla Chocolate Protein Monster beverage, with recommended use by dates prior to and including 23 May 2012 is affected by this recall:

Recall Information: Some customers who are allergic to peanuts or tree nuts have reported severe allergic reactions after consumption. This action is being taken out of an abundance of caution as the cause of the reactions has not yet been determined. Product may be returned to the place of purchase for a full refund.
