There are five open houses scheduled for the weekend of July 28 in Malvern, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

The area's most expensive open house is located at 1761 Swedesford Road and is listed at $1,207,500.

Homebuyers should also go see newly listed 16 Stonehenge Lane, which is listed at $509,000.
