Applebrook Preserve is a new residential development under construction on the edge of Willistown Township, off Line Road across from East Goshen Township.
The photos above depict the progress since Phase I was approved in May.
According to the developer, Toll Brothers, 27 of the "luxury carriage homes" have already sold. The first phase of development calls for 54 houses, but the full project includes 139 new units.
