Valley Forge Diner Shuts Down Abruptly

The Valley Forge Diner which opened under new ownership earlier this year appears to have gone out of business.

The diner on Route 23 in Schuylkill Township is shut down and a "sorry we're closed" sign on the front door offers no further explanation.

Valley Forge Diner is owned by the same family that bought Dany's Paoli Diner on Lancaster Avenue in Paoli a few years ago. Over the summer Manager Passen Attalla told Patch that Valley Forge Diner's executive chef had also been brought in to help launch the new restaurant which opened to the public at the end of May.

Dany's closed in early September and re-opened, essentially unchanged by all outward appearences, under new ownership. By the end of October the New Paoli Diner had also closed.
