A yellow "Available" sign has replaced the white "For Sale" sign that previously stood in front of the building, with the newer sign advertising the name of different commercial real estate company.
There's not much of a commercial or retail presence on this stretch of West Chester Pike in Willistown. There is some development, however, in a new assisted living center is moving in just down the street.
