2. Malvern Theatre Society presents
Where/When: Malvern Prep's Duffy Arts Center, Friday and Saturday, 8 p.m.

Where/When: 20 Liberty Blvd., Malvern; Thursday, 5:30 - 9 p.m.
Why Go: Looking for some uplifting music while you enjoy food and drink? Grabowski plays "upbeat acoustic-electric rock" from the '60s on.

4. Human Rain Delay at Cedar Hollow Innwww.cedarhollowinn.com
Where/When: 2455 Yellow Springs Road, Malvern; Friday, 10 p.m. - 1 a.m.
Why Go: The West Chester-based band will play acoustic, alternative rock, with a cover catalog including Pink Floyd and Radiohead.

5. Steve Laret at McKenzie Brew Housewww.mckenziebrewhouse.com
Where/When: 240 Lancaster Ave., Malvern; Saturday, 9 p.m.
Why Go: Laret models himself as a musical storyteller in the mold of Paul Simon, James Taylor and Cat Stevens.
