Lane Closures on Route 202 to begin This Week

PennDot workers will close down one lane of traffic during evenings on the northbound side of 202 starting Sunday

PennDot has announced that construction will begin Sunday on the northbound side of Route 202 in West Goshen Township. The highway will shrink down to one lane between the Westtown Road exit and the intersection with Route 100.

Construction workers will close down one lane of traffic beginning at 6 p.m. on Sunday so that the road surface can be repaved and the lines redrawn.

PennDot plans to continue construction through the week; however, lane closures will only occur at night. Starting Monday, a single lane will be closed at 7 p.m., and then reopen again at 5 a.m. the next day.
