Lane Closures Resume This Week on 202 Southbound
One lane will be closed at night from May 31 to June 2 and during the morning on June 4.
PennDOT announced more nighttime lane closures on southbound Route 202 this week. Road work will take place at night from May 31 to June 2 and again on June 4. Speed limits have been reduced to 45 mph on some stretches of the highway.
The closures will take between the Chesterbrook and Route 401 interchanges in Tredyffrin and East Whiteland townships. The lanes will be closed as crews continue to install drainage pipes in anticipation of the larger .

One of two southbound lanes on Route 202 will be closed Tuesday through Thursday (May 31-June 2) from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning for the installation of drain pipes beneath the road surface and the reconstruction of the southbound shoulder.
A southbound lane closure on Route 202 also will be in place in the same location on Saturday, June 4 from 12:01 until 10 a.m.
