I grew up about a mile away from Moonachie.  It was pretty catastrophic.

How much have you collected so far?

About 400 items, bats, balls, gloves, helmets, cleats, shin guards

To whom are you actually donating the equipment?

The town Rec Department - they run/coordinate youth sports programs

Are there any less common items that you hope people will donate?

Everything is good. Baseball gloves and baseball and soccer cleats are probably the most needed

Thanks!

Thank you!  I hope people realize how good they can feel helping others

The deadline for donations is April 15. Drop-off locations include Angelos Soccer Corner, Kelly Sporting Goods and Malvern Public Library .
