Secretary of State Aichele Will Join Bike Commuters Monday Morning

'Bike to Work Week' starts with a ride on the Chester Valley Trail, ending at Wegmans Malvern.

A trail ride to Wegmans Malvern will mark the beginning of Bike to Work Week in the Great Valley area.

The cyclists will assemble at 7:45 a.m. at the Chester Valley Trailhead, mount their bikes and head east on the paved path.

The ride is free and open to anyone interested. Parking is available at the nearby Valley Creek Corporate Center. There will be breakfast at the Wegmans when the cyclists arrive, expected to be around 8:30 a.m.

Pennsylvania Secretary of State and former Chester County commissioner Carol Aichele will be on hand at the breakfast to discuss Bike to Work week.

Where: Chester Valley Trailhead at Valley Creek Blvd. Signs will be posted on Valley Creek Parkway directing Bike to Work participants to the parking area. Here is a Google map of the meeting area and route.
