Service Suspended on Paoli-Thorndale Line

Service should resume Thursday morning after downed power lines are fixed.

SEPTA has suspended service on the Paoli-Thorndale Regional Rail line until Thursday morning.

The announcement came in a tweet Wednesday morning that cited downed power lines as the problem. SEPTA's website indicated that service will resume Thursday morning along with information for commuters:

Expanded service will be provided on the Market Frankford line and Norristown High Speed line to accommodate passengers.

The propblem has also temporarily stopped Amtrak Service between Philadelphia and Harrisburg, which run on the same track lines.
