We tagged Willistown Police Department in our reply the following day, and by June 7, they responded with more than just a Facebook post, saying:

Our traffic safety officer has placed a speed trailer on location. It is gathering information and displaying vehicle speeds. This information will be used for future traffic enforcement. Thanks for the request!

Malvern Patch snapped the photo above of the speed trailer in action. The car photographed was driving within the speed limit, but a car that drove by just beforehand registered at 47 mph.
