Rev up your metabolism and reawaken the power in your muscles with a  Tabata Bootcamp interval class.  This workout includes many variations of squats, lunges, balance moves and abdominal work in a format that serves up high intensity action in "bite-size" intervals. Can be performed at high or low impact.  Men and Women are welcome ages 13 and up.
