Kettlebells 101 is designed for the first time student. This class will focus on kettlebell Dead-lift and swing. The Kettlebell is a specific tool for fat loss and strength training, it requires discipline and understanding before taking a "Fitness" Class.
This is a learning class. Kettlebell training takes time to use the technique properly.
