Bamboo Restaurant (Frazer)

Vietnamese restaurants are not too common but Bamboo is definitely worth a try. It is very good.

This is a nice Vietnamese restaurant in Frazer in the Giant shopping center.

Shannon’s Take: I ordered the Catfish Clay Pot which was catfish and vegetables in a spicy sauce, kept warm by the clay pot in which it’s served.  It came with a side of rice and kimchi, or spicy cabbage.  Everything was made to perfection and definitely worth my money.

Molly’s Take: I ordered Tofu fried rice. It was good, tasty but nothing too special. It didn’t knock my socks off but it was delicious.

The service was very good and the restaurant was clean and there was a good amount of customers there. It was also not too pricy.

Our family loves that place. The Bamboo House of Noodles is very famous for their soups served with a side of home grown basil, bean sprouts, jalapeno peppers, hosin sauce and a lime. Pho, Hot and Sour, Seafood noodle, Chicken noodle, Shrimp noodle, Quang noodle to name a few on the list. If you get a chance to go back try one.... They also have a second location at the corner of West Chester Pike and Rt 352 in the Market Place shopping center. http://www.bamboohouseofnoodlesoups.com/
