Community Update

As of right now I am overly disappointed with the customer service with this company. Bill called me back tonight claimed to salt the place I live 3 time and to drive over 30 MPH to blast a little bit of salt.. Do not tell me I do not know what I am talking I have plowed, salted and shoved for the last 12 years with a number of Main Line companies who do a much better job... When Bill called me a lair when his plow truck drive told me to go F' myself and to shove my car out myself( which is a joke it happened) if get defending your employes but to be rude to a customer who in the end pays for your life style is comical to me.. when it can be taken away very fast if or when I fall due to lack of salt on a slick parking lot...

I have never lived in a community that is poorly run and to keep using these scumbags is criminal.
