John worked as a coal truck driver for 18 years and as a mail carrier for 35 years. During his 35 years as a mail carrier, he was never late for work. John served in the Army Air Corp, was a mason, an avid reader, sports fan and history buff.

Helen was a graduate of Tredyffrin Easttown High School. She was employed by the Department of Army for many years. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church in Malvern. Helen's generosity will be forever remembered.
