dogs are situated in or upon private property  ".

Fines for first offense can range from $50 to $200 plus District Justice Court Costs.

Second or subsequent offenses can range from $250 to $500 plus Court Costs.

Why does the township hate dogs and dog owners? Why not make the same rules for all noises?
