PECO Planned Power Interruption

Real News... Today, folks are getting calls (automated, of course) from PECO that from 11AM to 1 PM their power will be interrupted. According to their Rep (name withheld), this outage is scheduled and will happen, but couldn't say how long until power will be restored.  I found this weird for a few reasons; a) there was nothing on their website about it, b) reverse look-up revealed several businesses were associated with that number, and c) according to today's weather report... Malvern may be under a Tornado Watch.  A proposed serious storm is on its way, and people will be without power during its arrival???  Furthermore, according to the same PECO rep, they may decide to cancel this work, but I would have to keep calling their 800-494-4000 (option 3) to find that out.  That's right, since this morning, weather reports are indicating serious weather conditions are proposed for the area and PECO dispatch hasn't cancelled work on electrical equipment...  And, PECO customers, who rely on having electricity to stay aware of weather and other issues, will be without power, and thereby, blinded from being able to do exactly that.  Hello...
