Septa Train Bridge?

Septa Train Bridge? Sorry, I was cutoff during my previous quest for answers and cannot view where I left off. Is the falling bridge connected in any way to the refurbishing of the Malvern Train Station? I am sure many other residents have questions regarding traffic flow and more importantly, safety. I was confident that this issue would have been covered in BREAKING NEWS,(NO PUN INTENDED)   Dear editors, if i missed it somewhere, I apologize, if I didn't, wouldn't you think this was a highly important topic to cover?
