Update: Reports Say Suicide Likely in Death of Man in Burned Car

Investigators have not released the man's name.

Update: 

According to 6ABC.com, the man found in a burned out car near Chester Valley Grange in the 3200 block of Phoenixville Pike likely committed suicide. 

"Police say items found at the scene lead them to believe the man inside took his own life," the news station reports.

The man has not been identified by authorities.

Emergency crews responded to a car fire with a fatality on the 3200 block of Phoenixville Pike Wednesday evening.

According to preliminary reports, Pennsylvania State Police, firefighters, a hazardous material response team and the coroner are on the scene near the Chester Valley Grange, where the car was found.
