Lewd Behavior Reported in Exton

One man exposed himself, another surreptitiously videotaped a woman.

A couple of unsettling events at Exton Square Mall recently have police asking the public for help in finding the culprits.

Lewdness and Harassment  

A customer in the Marshall’s Store in the Festivals at Exton Shopping Center reported encountering a man inside who was trying to photograph or video-record under her skirt.

The victim was shopping on Friday 7/27/12 at about 2 p.m. when she felt something touch her leg.  She looked down and saw a man on one knee, arm outstretched and holding a cell phone between the victim’s legs. 

She confronted him about his behavior at which point he got up and walked off without saying anything.  The actor is described as an African American male, 5’4”, slim build, wearing a black t-shirt.  

Indecent Exposure

On Monday, 7/30/12, a man exposed himself to a woman in the parking lot of the Food Court at the Exton Square Mall. 

The victim reports that at about 12:30 p.m., she and her 4 year old son were walking across the parking lot when she noticed a vehicle following her slowly.  She turned around and waited for the car to pass.  As it went by, the victim could see the driver through the open window, naked and masturbating.  The victim picked up her child and ran in the opposite direction. 

She described the actor as a white male, heavy set, with brown or dirty blonde hair and a tattoo on his right shoulder.  He was driving a teal Toyota, possibly a Camry, bearing partial Pennsylvania registration HHY-????
