Malvern Police Blotter: 200 Lb. Pilates Machine Stolen

The following arrest information was supplied by the Malvern Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Theft… On May 9, a homeowner on the 100 block of Carters Grove Lane discovered that her garage door was open overnight, and a piece of exercise equipment was missing. The Aero Pro Reformer pilates machine weighed about 200 pounds and was valued at $600. 

Underage drinking... On May 10, a teenager was issued a citation for underage drinking. He was a passenger in a car stopped by police at Paoli Pike and Callery Way that also contained a 12-pack of Coors Light and a 12-ounce Mike's Hard Fruit Punch. He told police he bought the drinks at Media Ale House, without the use of a fake ID.

Public drunkenness – On May 11, at approximately 10:40 p.m., Brian Yorgey, 45, was cited for public intoxication after an officer saw him staggering through the parking lot of Malvern Shopping Center.
