Malvern Police Blotter: Burning Stick Figure

Criminal mischief… Malvern Police responded to a report of a disturbance at the Memorial Grounds at Paoli Battlefield park on April 29 around 8 p.m. A group of minors were on the pavilion, where one 14-year-old boy had sprayed hand sanitizer on the wood floor in the shape of a stick figure, and set it on fire. The boy took full responsibility and was made to scrub the affected area.
