Malvern Police Blotter: Light Bulb Smasher Hits Borough Tree

Last week was a quiet one in terms of Malvern Borough police activity. No arrests were made. Not a creature was stirring, except for an unknown person or persons who vandalized the borough Christmas tree in Burke Park.
Several bulbs were removed and broken at the bottom part of the tree, which will be plugged in Friday night at .
