Malvern Police Blotter: Doorbuster, 16, Arrested
The following arrest information was supplied by the Malvern Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
DUI... At 11:17 p.m., police pulled over Anthony Pagano, 40, of West Chester, for failure to stop at a stop sign on West King Street at Powelton Road. Pagano failed field sobriety tests and was taken to the hospital, but refused blood testing.
DUI... On Nov. 20 at 2:15 a.m., borough resident John McEvoy, 29, was pulled over for swerving into the oncoming lane while turning from King Street to Bridge Street. He failed field sobriety tests and was taken to Paoli Hospital for blood tests.
Criminal mischief… A 16-year-old boy was arrested for kicking in the door of a residence on the 600 block of Monument Avenue . The cost of the damage was $1,297.
