Update: Missing Woman Found

She was last seen at 10 a.m. Tuesday.

Update (6:08 p.m.): Emergency service officials have confirmed that the missing woman has been found. She was reportedly found just west of the Route 202 overpass at Swedesford and Hillside.

Police in East Whiteland are looking for a woman who was reported missing on Tuesday, according to a statement from the county’s Department of Emergency Services (CCDES)

According to reports, police are looking for a 74-year-old white woman, 5’8”, with brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black coat and carrying a black umbrella. Her first name is Norma. She was last seen around 10 a.m. Tuesday morning in the area of Becton Hill Road.

Anyone who sees her is encouraged to call 9-1-1 or the East Whiteland Police Department at 610-647-2100.
