Warren Ave. Closed After Accident Involving Willistown Township Truck

A Neon and a Willistown Public Works pickup truck collided on Warren Road, north of Providence Road.

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a two-vehicle collision on Warren Avenue that sent three people to Paoli Hospital.

The accident occurred just before 8 a.m. Tuesday morning, when a Dodge Neon flipped and collided with a Willistown Township Public works pickup truck.

The two passengers in the pickup were transported to the hospital out of caution, according to Willistown Township Police. The driver of the flipped Neon was trapped in the vehicle, before being freed and taken to Paoli Hospital's trauma center, also out of caution, according to police.

Warren Avenue is closed north of Providence Road as state police investigate the crash. Willistown Police and Malvern Fire Company responded to the accident initially. Though the road is not a state road, state police are required to investigate when an accident involves a township-owned vehicle.
