Willistown Police Introduce Twitter Account
Follow the department's activity stream at @WillistownPD.
The Willistown Police Department can now be found on Twitter at @WillistownPD. The account was created in October 2011, and the department is looking to spread the word now.
According to Det. Stephen Jones, "[I]t is the chief’s intention to stay current with local trends and hopefully utilize social media to keep our residents informed of important information such as road closures, accidents, or other breaking news (such as [Tuesday’s] bank robbery.)"
