The woman, whose name and age have not been released, is being treated for undisclosed injuries at Paoli Memorial Hospital.

The vehicle, according to Martin, had apparently crashed into some heavy bushes on 773 Sugartown Road. The male operator of the ATV, a 45-year-old Malvern resident, was standing over the female passenger, who had been injured.

Martin said that, as of Saturday afternoon, he had no information to share regarding the cause of the accident, but he saw nothing in the report that suggested drugs or alcohol were a contributing factor.
