School Board to Vote on Act 1 Monday Night

The Great Valley School Board will vote Monday night on whether the district will, with respect to the 2012-13 school year,

• "approve going forward with the Act 1 budget process and applying for eligible referendums" (Resolution A)

or

• "[adopt] a resolution to waive the Act 1 process and construct the budget within the 1.7% Index for the 2012-2013 School Year." (Resolution B)

The board's regular business meeting is open to the public and begins at 7:30 p.m. at the district office on Church Road.
