Is this ez pass only interchange an exit and entrance? No one seems totally sure and most people have said it's just an exit ramp (slip ramp?) and we won't be able to enter the turnpike from this interchange. True?

According to the Turnpike website, there will be on and off ramps. http://www.paturnpike.com/constructionprojects/r29ramp/default.aspx

citizenknow is correct. From the link: "The new interchange, with new on- and off-ramps eastbound and westbound, will provide a clear alternative to US Route 202 and other surface roads that feed the busy Route 29 Corridor."
